Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2013, at around 12:05, the Defendant took a bath to public officials B who work as public interest personnel without any reason in the history of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 800 Nam-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul, and committed assault to assault public officials B, who are public officials belonging to the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation, when their hair faces one time and take a drinking face, thereby hindering the Defendant from performing his/her legitimate duties on the way guidance, etc. of public interest personnel who are public officials belonging to the Seoul Urban Railroad Corporation.
