A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 06:40 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant emitted gas from the “D cafeteria” operated by the Defendant’s wife in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the Defendant caused danger to human life, body, or property by emitting gas, such as: (a) opening two gas conditioning gas valves installed in the main room to capture gas; (b) opening two gas conditioning gas valves installed in the main room; and (c) stating that “I will not live the same; (d) I do not have any superior with his/her family members, regardless of whether the building is a department or not”; and (e) releasing gas to E.g., “I will have no superior with them.”

However, it shall be taken into consideration the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant was somewhat contingent in the process of fighting the wife and the couple; (b) there was no damage to human life or property; (c) the Defendant’s wife F; (d) the Defendant, who was at the place of the instant crime, agreed with the wife E; (d) the Defendant was seriously opposed to the Defendant; and (e) the Defendant did not have any criminal records exceeding the same criminal records and fines.
