A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daejeon District Court on December 14, 2006, received a fine of KRW 1.5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and at the same court on May 12, 2010, a fine of KRW 2.5 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.
