1. Case A’s history of crime: A Special larceny judgment rendered on May 28, 2015 by the Incheon District Court Branch of the Incheon District Court: Imprisonment with prison labor for 8/10 years: the lapse of 2 years: June 5, 2015; and the final judgment rendered on June 5, 2015 / [criminal facts] Defendant A: (a) reported on the Internet around January 8, 2017, the phrase “an individual passbook inserted”, “on the Internet; (b) sent 100,000 won per day of the head of the Tong to sell the head of the Tong; (c) the head of the Tong will use the game item for the accident of the head of the Tong, and will solve the problem; and (d) accepted Defendant L/C’s withdrawal of cash to Defendant L, which is a part of the society, as well as accepting it.
1. Defendant A: Violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act;
A. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant kept access media for electronic financial transactions with the knowledge that it would be used for criminal purposes by receiving cash cards connected to the Busan Central Bus Terminal's account (R) and the National Bank's account (S) at the Busan Central Bus Terminal Storage Station located in Geum-gu, Busan, and that it would be used for a crime by receiving the cash cards connected to the name-free box's account (R) and the National Bank's account (S) at the Busan Central Bus Terminal Storage Station.
B. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:30, kept an access medium for electronic financial transactions with the knowledge that it will be used for a crime or for a crime by receiving a cash card connected to the name in his/her corporate bank account (U) and the corporate bank account (V), and the new bank account (W) from T, in front of the Mat Shipping Mat-dong located in the middle-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City.

On March 8, 2017, the Defendant was aware that it would be used for a crime or for a crime by receiving cash cards connected to the X-type account (Y) and s standard straw (Z) at the Busan Central Bus Terminal Store located in the Geumpo-dong, Busan, Simpo-dong.
