Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the Defendant’s house located in Jincheon-gun B and B, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun on May 24, 2017, to the effect that “the Defendant takes alcohol from the process of gathering things,” and (b) was subject to an examination from Jincheon-gun Police Station C District Branch D., the Defendant collected the foregoing D’s house.

C. In doing so, he saw C. H. H. H. H. H., he assaulted D’s heart part at one time to walk.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention and suppression of police officers' crimes.
