Punishment of the crime

Around 01:10 on August 23, 2019, the Defendant was required to return home in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the scene after having received a report of 112 in the B B, the Defendant was required to return home from E (i.e., the head of Seo-gu, Daejeon Police Station C District of Daejeon and Police Station, and (ii) “Ise. As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties by police officers such as handling 112 reports, prevention of crimes, investigation and suppression of crimes, and, at the same time, committed scamblings to the police officers D, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and scamblings to the security guards E, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
