If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 15, 2013, at around 20:30, the Defendant, along with the victim B, her spouse, went together with the victim B, on the hand of the victim, on the ground that the victim drinking alcohol within 104 Dong 1506, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 104, and 1506, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim with the hand floor for approximately 14 days in need of treatment.
