Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:30 on February 17, 2018, the Defendant, at the five main points of “C” operated by himself in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on the ground that the victim D (21 years of age) who is a customer shoulders the main disease, was able to kill the victim’s breath, and continued to bat the victim’s face one time on the ground that he was the head from the victim to the main disease.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the inside and outside of the 14-day medical treatment, the injection of the inside and outside of the inside and outside of the system, and the blood transfusion.
