Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in the installation and management of traffic safety facilities in the construction section as a site warden of a private construction corporation D.
1. On January 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on December 14, 2017, in the course of the foregoing construction, the two-lanes of the length of about 3km in the two-lane length from the F Intersection located in the Gyeong-gun, G intersection to the H intersection via G intersection; and (b) on the H intersection to the two-lanes of the two-lane length from the H intersection to the H intersection; (c) on the H intersection to the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lanes of the two-lane.
