A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 1992, the defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter the defendant) were married with D on August 25, 1992, and completed the marriage report at that time. On February 13, 1999, the defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter the defendant), were living together with the victim E (current 15 years of age, women).

The above victim committed an indecent act against the victim by taking advantage of the fact that it is difficult for the victim to refuse the defendant who is a soldier's father.

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims thereof;

B. From July 2009 to August 8, 2009, the Defendant discovered the victim’s game in the Defendant’s house located in Seoul G Apartment 102 Dong 103 (the age of 10 at that time), and the victim stated, “I am much about her breast.
