A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a C-Stop car without obtaining a driver's license on April 22, 2013, and led to the driving of the C-Stop loan in front of the Korean Island located in Seocheon-dong, Busan, to the 60km speed from the north-gu, Seocheon-do.

At night and before the defendant's vehicle, the private taxi driven by the victim D (the age of 60) was in progress. Therefore, the defendant engaged in driving of the vehicle had a duty of care to see the front side, maintain a sufficient safety distance, and drive the vehicle.
