Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1403, the defendant recruited a person who will open a mobile phone directly or through C or D, and let him open a mobile phone with him/her at least KRW 200,000 or KRW 300,000 per mobile phone, and then has reported the loss of the mobile phone and processed the new mobile phone with the compensation for the new mobile phone and acquired the money by means of disposal of the mobile phone and the new compensation for the mobile phone to the Chinese distributor.
