Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a small-scale car B.
On April 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on April 02:40, and led the two-lanes of the 39 management unit entrance of Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-do, at the speed of about 70 to 80km each hour from the beginning side of the 39 management unit entrance of Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-do.
In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving his/her former, rear, and left and left well and safely.
