A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Doing Vehicle) in the Chuncheon District Court's early support on July 11, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doging Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those engaged in driving a Cgallon II car;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, under the absence of a driver’s license, neglected the driving in the absence of a driver’s license, and neglected the course from the two lanes to the one-lane, caused the victim FF (n.e., the 25 years old) who took the front part of the right part of the EK 3 vehicle driven by the victim D, who was operating in one lane at the time, to have the above K3 vehicle driven by the above gallon, with the front part of the gallon II.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the above business, suffered from the victim F for about two weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, destroyed the said K3-car owned by the victim D to have an amount equivalent to KRW 933,881 of the repair cost, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

2. The defendant who has violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) shall be sentenced to imprisonment for eight months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. in the jurisdiction of the Chuncheon District Court on March 22, 2007, and shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
