1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Heung National Life Insurance Co., Ltd.: KRW 2,800,000 and its amount shall be from December 1, 2013 to December 1, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On December 7, 2006, the Plaintiff concluded an insurance contract with Defendant Heung National Bio-resources, which reads the insured and the beneficiary as the Plaintiff as the insured (Class 5 Health Insurance (Class 2) (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

(2) Of the content of the guarantee, the Plaintiff’s spouse entered into an insurance contract between the Defendant Han-gu and the insured and the beneficiary on March 25, 2004, stating that “The grounds for the payment of insurance proceeds: (a) other disease hospitalization allowances (the time of continuous hospitalization for at least four days due to a major personality disease or any other disease other than a general disease)” (the time of continuous hospitalization for at least four days) and “other disease hospitalization allowances” (the time of continuous hospitalization for at least four days due to a major personality disease or any other disease other than a general disease); (b) other disease hospitalization allowances are insurance proceeds exceeding three days and are paid by 50,000 won per day of hospitalization for more than three days, but the date of hospitalization for 180 days after the date of the discharge of the final hospitalization, and (c) the Plaintiff’s spouse was considered to be a new hospitalization.” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and the details of the guarantee include the following:

(1) The following amount of the daily amount paid refers to the amount paid per day of hospitalization exceeding three days, and the maximum date of hospitalization is 120 days for the maximum date of hospitalization, and the hospitalization commenced after the lapse of 180 days from the date of the discharge of the last hospitalization shall be deemed to be a new hospitalization). The amount paid per day of the cause of payment due to the name of the person entitled to the payment (10,000 won for hospitalization of 10,000 won for consecutive hospitalization of 4 days or more after the diagnosis and confirmation of a sexual specific disease)

B. During the period of hospitalized treatment between October 15, 2012 and November 30, 2013, the Plaintiff was hospitalized at a medical institution under the name of sick person as follows (hereinafter “instant hospitalization”).
