A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the B SP World.

On March 26, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.096% among blood transfusions around 22:00, while driving the said car, and driving the two-lane road in front of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City Saero, Gaero, Gaero, Seoul, along the two-lane distance from the edge of the president's living.

2. On August 27, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on the part of the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on June 27, 2008. On June 27, 2008, the said court received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine for the same crime, and on April 28, 2010, the said court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 6 months for the same crime. On June 10, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking) from the Seocheon Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on June 10,

Although the Defendant had been punished for drinking driving more than twice as above, the Defendant, at around 22:00 on March 26, 2017, was the life of the C President in Gumi-si G from the front road.
