1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff’s KRW 40,00,000 as well as the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from November 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim is an apartment sales agency business, and the defendant is the tenant of the building C in the Gu Government-si, and is the chairperson of the policy committee for opening the hospital.

The plaintiff and the defendant concluded the following service contracts:

On December 31, 2016, the Defendant drafted a letter of commitment to pay the remaining service cost of KRW 40,000,000 by February 15, 2017.
