1. The Defendants’ occupational Defendant R operates a CF kindergarten located in Yangsan City CE and CH child care center located in Yangsan City CG. Defendant AC is a person operating Q kindergarten located in the Busan District Department CI, Defendant AA is a person operating a Z kindergarten located in the Busan Northern District CJ, Defendant BS is a person operating a CL kindergarten located in the Ulsan-dong, Ulsan District CK, and Defendant X is a person operating a Y center located in the Ulsan District CK located in the Ulsan District. Defendant AB is a person operating the COB located in the Busan Northern District CN and the CP child care center located in the Busan District CP located in the Busan District, and Defendant BB is a person operating the Busan District CS child care center located in the Busan District, and Defendant BV is a person operating the cV located in the Ulsan District, and Defendant BV is a person operating the cV located in the Busan District CM located in the Busan District.
2. Defendant R’s crime (1) An operator, such as the head of a kindergarten committing fraud related to CF kindergarten, shall inform the management committee comprised of parents’ representatives, etc. of the specific details of the use of the kindergarten operating expenses, such as meal expenses, to undergo deliberation and resolution by the management committee. The decision shall be notified to guardians, and the received meal expenses shall be used only for actual expenses, such as purchase of food materials. Such additional expenses shall be deposited into an exclusive kindergarten account; the details of the use thereof shall be reported to the relevant office of education, which is the supervisory office, and shall be reported to the parents; and the difference shall be returned to the parents.
Defendant 1 supplied food materials to Busan, Ulsan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and child care centers, including the above CF Kindergartens;
A, B, etc. shall collect the price of food materials, and return the difference to the head of the kindergarten by cash, etc., and the head of the kindergarten may use it at his/her discretion.
