Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Good offices) Defendant A and Defendant B had been aware of the livestock raiser G and H with the sale of building materials.

A On January 1, 2009, after receiving a request from the above H and G to purchase research fees production equipment, such as blackter and rounder, from the above H and G, at the place of residence of the above H and the above H located in Asan City, “I want to obtain a national subsidy through the 2009 TMR resource production support program implemented in Asan City. Since then, G and H established the J farming association (Representative G) according to the advice of the Defendants, and submitted an application for the pertinent business to Asan Viewing and viewing, thereby being selected as an entity eligible for government subsidies equivalent to KRW 120 million.
