Defendant
A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for meat packaging business and livestock product sales business, and the defendant A is the representative director of the corporation B.
[Defendant A]
1. Each fraud and each attempted fraud;
A. On July 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the Cheongju-si Council of the Victim I Hospital in Cheongju-si to deliver Masan-si Y a total of KRW 4,939k U.S. dollars from Cheongju-si; and (b) accused the Defendant of the products of the domestic milch cows with labels marked as “the country of origin: Australia”; (c) released the products of the domestic milch cows to 84,700 won to the victim I Hospital in Cheongju-si; and (d) failed to obtain the said 39,000 won from the victim I Hospital to 84,700 won by attaching them with labels marked as “the country of origin: Australia”; and (d) attempted to obtain the said 431 occasions from March 11, 2013 as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1); and (e) failed to obtain the said 39,050 won by fraud or to collect the price.
From June 21, 2012 to March 11, 2013, the Defendant sold a total of 15,609,374,579 won of domestic milch cows products throughout 1,260 times, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes (1-14) from around June 21, 2012 to around March 11, 2013, as if it were Australia, and acquired the total amount of 128,374,579 won from the victims, or attempted to obtain the money from the victims, and failed to recover the money.
B. On May 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the Victim L Foundation in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-do from the Victim L Foundation in the Chungcheongnam-gun of Chungcheongnam-do; (b) attached labels on the product in which the Brazil-do chickens was packed, indicating the origin of the product as “in the country of origin”; (c) entices the Defendant into M as if he was a domestic product; and (d) sold the bruic chickens amounting to KRW 32,00,000 from that time to February 18, 2013.
