1. The sentence against the accused shall be ten thousand won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of road traffic laws at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on May 20, 2010, and on November 7, 2016, the Defendant was suspended from indictment for a violation of road traffic laws at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office.

1. On April 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had already driven two times of alcohol and thus violated the Road Traffic Act; (b) the Defendant had already driven a Dsch Rexton car under the influence of alcohol by driving on two occasions; (c) on April 18, 2017, at approximately 1km from the vicinity to the intersection of the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul; and (d) around 01:06, from around 01:06 to the intersection of the Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul; and (c) without obtaining a driver’s license at the 1km section from around 1km to 238:16% of alcohol level during blood.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving service of a Dsch Rexton car.

On April 18, 2017, the Defendant driven a Dosch Rexton car at the Song-si Intersection 238, Jin-si, Jin-si, 2017, and proceeded at a speed of about 80 kilometers per hour among the four-lanes of speed in the air defense complex in modern steelside, with two-lanes of speed.

At the time, the accident occurred at the night, and the accident area was an intersection where signal lights are installed, so a person engaged in driving a vehicle has a duty of care to look at the front and right side of the vehicle, to accurately manipulate the steering direction and brake system, and to prevent the accident from occurring.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to stop on the front side of the vehicle driven without a license as described in paragraph 1, and caused by the negligence of driving the vehicle by signal in front of the signal route, and the part of the Fgyman Sheet 2 of the victim E (Seoul, 37 years old) driving, the back part of the above part, which was shocked by the front part of the vehicle of Bosch Rexroth, and due to its shock, the above part, which was driven by the victim G (the remaining, 36 years old) who was waiting in front of the vehicle and was waiting in front of the signal at the front.
