피고인은 2015. 5. 13. 01:30경 고양시 일산서구 B 빌딩 'C편의점'에서 술에 취하여 별다른 이유 없이 소란을 피웠고, 이에 “술에 취한 사람이 와서 행패를 부린다”는 신고를 받고 출동한 일산경찰서 D지구대 경찰관 E으로부터 귀가를 권유받자, 위 경찰관에게 “씨발놈 새끼 경찰아”라고 욕설을 하면서, 머리로 얼굴을 들이받은 다음 어깨로 위 경찰관의 몸을 밀치면서 발로 배 부분을 때려 폭행하고, 계속하여 경찰관 F에게 “씨발놈 경찰새끼”라고 욕설을 하면서 경찰관 F의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 발로 허리 부위를 찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties of police officers on the maintenance of order due to violence.
