The judgment of the first instance.

1. The fact-finding and decision of the first instance court are justified even if the evidence submitted in the first instance court for the acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is based on the evidence submitted to this court.

Therefore, the reasoning for this court to be stated is as stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except where the second page 2 of the judgment of the first instance, “ February 5, 2015” of Section 1-b (2) is deemed to be “ February 5, 2016,” and such reasoning is identical to that of the first instance judgment. Therefore, it is cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case should be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
