A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From December 2014 to January 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act: (a) possessed one air gun (number 4.5m in the flag of the Gu, number 348xx numbers) which is a gun at the seat of the Defendant located in Jinju-si C without permission from the commissioner of the competent district police agency.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against groups, deadly weapons, etc.);

A. At around 02:00 on January 20, 2015, the Defendant used air gun, which is a deadly weapon as described in paragraph (1), at the Defendant’s house inside and outside of the Defendant’s house, without any specific reason, and threatened the victim D (V, 51 years of age) who is the former wife of the Defendant, with a view to, and loaking the wall.

B.
