1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 67,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 4, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the plaintiff lent KRW 10 million to the defendant on January 2, 2014 without setting the interest and payment date, and KRW 100 million in cash.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 67 million after deducting the amount of KRW 33 million paid by the Plaintiff from the loan 100 million, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 15 percent per annum from June 4, 2017 to the date of full payment, which includes the notice of demanding payment, to the Defendant.

The plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
