All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined (to the extent of supplement in case of supplemental appellate briefs not timely filed).

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment’s appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case (excluding non-guilty charges and non-guilty charges) on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts beyond the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misunderstanding relevant legal principles without exhausting all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

2. Examining the reasoning of the judgment of the court below in light of the records, it is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that found the defendant guilty on the charge of coercion among the facts charged in the instant case, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, and to have acquitted the defendant on the charge.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles as to the crime of coercion by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
