A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, including the status of a party, was a person who had been working for the fraternity while operating a successful bidder for about 30 years prior to a successful bidder and organized a system to provide the fraternity with money as a leader.

2. The Defendant committed the Defendant’s criminal act: (a) operated the successful bidder who started on January 4, 2006 (10 days in a single name); (b) had the intent to receive an advance payment from the members of the fraternity organized after June 4, 2007 (20 days in a single name); and (c) in the case of the successful bidder, a person with a small amount of the successful bidder’s amount of the advance payment is to first receive the advance payment; (d) as such, in order to raise the successful bidder’s amount of the advance payment, the Defendant received the advance payment from the other victims and then raise the successful bidder’s ability to receive the advance payment, the Defendant was in a state of not bound to receive the advance payment at the expense of the other victims; and (e) from June 4, 2007, the Defendant did not receive the advance payment from the victims to receive the advance payment at the expense of the advance payment without being admitted to the advance payment.

In addition, on June 22, 2002, prior to the organization of the successful bidder as of June 4, 2007, the right to collateral security equivalent to KRW 180,000 of the creditor bank, the maximum debt amount, and KRW 180,000 owned by the defendant was already established, and the right to collateral security equivalent to KRW 12,00,000 was additionally established on the above apartment around May 22, 2007, immediately before the successful bidder organization (the right to collateral security was terminated on June 20, 2007), the right to collateral security equivalent to KRW 120,000 for the creditor E and the maximum debt amount was additionally established on the above apartment (the right to collateral security was terminated on June 20, 2007), and on June 25, 2007, immediately after the successful bidder organization as of June 25, 2007.
