The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On July 1, 2014, at the office of the victim D (year 48) who is a business partner in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, around 11:00 on July 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by taking the victim’s hand, who was able to ignore himself/herself and display a drawing on his/her table; and (b) committed assault by taking the victim’s hand on his/her table.

2. The facts charged in this case cannot be prosecuted against the clearly expressed will of the victim. The records show that the victim expressed his/her wish not to punish the defendant on October 7, 2015. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
