A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2019, the Defendant came to know of the Victim C (A) through the Internet game called “B” (B, 13 years of age) and came to know of the fact that he was a middle student who was a minor among the police officers around January 2020.

1. As stated in paragraph (1), the Defendant, who attempted to compel the victim, kept a photograph of the victim’s self-defense in the form of the victim’s self-defense in the future, and demanded that the victim meet several times. However, when the victim refuses to do so, he/she was able to assault the victim by threatening the victim by using the aforementioned photograph.
