1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established under the Korea Electric Power Corporation Act for the purposes of power generation, transmission, distribution, and business related thereto. The Defendant is a person who manages public waters within the jurisdiction of Ansan City pursuant to Article 4(2) of the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act (hereinafter “Public Waters Act”).

B. On August 13, 1997, based on Article 5 of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Development of Electricity Sources (amended by Act No. 7016 of Dec. 30, 2003, the title was changed to the "Electric Power Source Development Promotion Act" at the time of the amendment by Act No. 7016 of Dec. 30, 2003), the Plaintiff obtained approval of an implementation plan for the "345KV-related Electric Power Source Construction Project" with the business purpose of building the 345 KV-related Electric Power Cable to transport the power generation power from the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy in order to supply the power of the Gyeonggi-west Power Source.

After that, on February 16, 2001, with respect to the section transiting through the vision among the above transmission lines, the Plaintiff, after consultation with the related agencies including the Defendant (see, e.g., May 199 and January 28, 2000), adjusted the course length to the extent that it does not impede the comprehensive plan for the area development, etc., and changed the length of the line, and obtained approval for the change of the implementation plan from July 1997 to June 2004.

C. As part of the above power transmission line construction business, the Plaintiff obtained permission to occupy and use public waters with a view to installing a steel tower for power transmission on the public waters near Ansan-si's loan north-dong (hereinafter "Loan North-dong") 45-2 and the neighboring public waters in Busan-dong 46, Ansan-si (the permission was deemed to have been granted pursuant to the Act on Special Cases Concerning Electric Source Development, as stated in attached Table 1, according to the approval of the above implementation plan and the revision of the implementation plan), and " below 6-year electric transmission steel tower" as listed in attached Table 1-1.

And the transmission line was installed.

In addition, as part of the above transmission line construction project, the Plaintiff is a member of Ansan-dong from 2-1 of the loan north-dong to Ansan-si.
