1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,242,40 and the interest rate thereon from October 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In light of the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, the plaintiff can be found to have lent KRW 24,242,400 in total as living expenses to the defendants from June 1, 201 to January 8, 2013. Thus, the defendants shall jointly and severally pay the above money, and the defendants shall pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 13, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the day when the duplicate of the claim and the application for change of cause was served to the defendants.

[On the other hand, in the reply of May 19, 2016, the Defendants’ assertion in the reply is difficult to accept when considering the overall purport of the pleadings as well as the written evidence No. 7 submitted by the Plaintiff.
