1. Defendant E shall pay the Plaintiffs KRW 14,421,00.
2. All of the plaintiffs' claims against Defendant C and D.
Reasons
1. Claim against Defendant C and D
A. The following facts do not conflict between the parties or may be acknowledged by taking into account the following facts: Gap evidence 1-1-3; Gap evidence 6; Gap evidence 6; the result of the commission of surveying and appraisal to the official branch of the Korea Cadastral Corporation; and the purport of the entire pleadings:
1) The instant land is the original area of 289 square meters (this land is referred to as “land before the instant merger”).
(2) On June 4, 2012, G purchased the same on June 4, 2012, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds thereof. G purchased neighboring H 302 square meters of forest land and 1,085 square meters of I forest land from Defendant C on the same day and received the registration of ownership transfer on the grounds thereof. (2) G acquired the said two parcels from Defendant C on November 8, 2012, and became the instant land as at the time it was merged into the land prior to the instant merger.
After all, G sold the instant land to the Plaintiffs on June 19, 2013, and caused this, G completed the registration of ownership transfer under the receipt of No. 16905, Jun. 27, 2013, Daejeon District Court Gongju Branch.
3) Defendant C owns 98 square meters of J. J., and Defendant D owns 784 square meters of land in Si/Gun/Gu. The above land is used as a road to enter the instant land and its surrounding land. 4) The above land was stored as a stone shed between the two lots of land used as a road and the instant land, and concrete packaging on the road. The land was installed on the line connected with each point of the attached Table 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24, and 13, and the appraisal of stone was installed on the line connected to the instant land, which is not the boundary of the instant land, and the part of the instant land connected to each of the instant land as at the time of the appraisal map, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 208, 201, 231, 24, 24, 24, and 13.
