Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2012, at the Seoul Central District Court located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) filed a lawsuit against the deceased’s inheritance right and filed a claim for ownership transfer (registration, etc. of ownership transfer by 61327, Seoul Central District Court 2012) against C; (b) prepared a “written appointment of the parties to select the Defendant as D, E, even though there was no consent from the Seoul Central District Court 2012 to select the Defendant as D, D, and E as the deceased for E; and (c) arbitrarily affixed the seals that he/she had been aware of in advance on the name of D and E.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of appointment of a party in the name of D or E, which is a private document related to rights and duties, and submitted it to an employee of the Seoul Central District Court who is not aware of such fact as if the above letter of appointment was duly formed.
