Judgment

According to the facts based on the determination as to the cause of the claim, since the defendant occupies the land of this case owned by the plaintiff because the water supply pipes and drain pipes of this case are laid underground in the underground of the land of this case, the defendant is obligated to remove the water supply pipes and drain pipes of this case and deliver the land of this case to the plaintiff, while the possession of the land of this case is in a factual control under the social concept.
