A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On June 14, 2012, at around 15:30 on June 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) driven a Fbened-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri).

B. Around 18:00 on June 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sent phone to B in order to conceal a traffic accident and escape from the Defendant’s escape; and (b) asked B to have the Defendant make a false statement by advertising the phone to B in order to avoid a traffic accident; and (c) let B make a false statement.

Therefore, at around 14:10 of the same month, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that B, from the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station traffic and the office of the Investigation Team of the Namnam Police Station, a slope J, a traffic accident.
