A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for one year by obstructing the execution of official duties in the same court on September 14, 2012, on the grounds that the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for the crime of injury in the support of the Daejeon District Court Seosan, Daejeon District Court, and a fine of two million won for the same crime of injury in the same court on September 14, 2012, respectively.

[2] On March 11, 2016, the Defendant was dispatched to the above restaurant on March 11, 2016, and the police officers belonging to the D District had reported that “the drinking alcohol is done at the above restaurant” while drinking the c restaurant located in Seosan-si B, Seosan-si, and had the police officers complained against the above police officers without any special reasons after the situation was arranged.

On March 11, 2016, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) found Down-si, Seosan Police Station Down-si, Seosan-si; (b) took a look at the Down-si, Seosan-si; (c) brought the Defendant to the cafeteriaF, one of the police officers dispatched to the cafeteria; and (d) the police officers in the Gyeong-si took a view that he would stop the Defendant; and (c) the police officers in the Gyeong-si would be able to take a drinking and sprink against police officers; and (d) caused damage to the Defendant by falling the repair cost of KRW 30,000,000,000,000 from among the police officers dispatched to the cafeteria.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the use of goods by public offices, thereby harming their utility.

2. 경범죄 처벌법위반 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시, 장소에서 술에 취한 상태로 경사 F 등 경찰관 6명을 상대로 “ 이 씹할 놈들 아 나 이번에 학교 한 번 더 간다 내가 너희들을 용서하지 않겠다 한번 맞짱 뜨자 이 씹할 놈들 아” 라는 등으로 소리치며 약 20분 동안 고함과 욕설을 하여 술에 취한 채로 관공서에서 몹시 거친 말과 행동으로 시끄럽게 하였다.
