A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2005, the defendant is married with the mother-child D of the victim C(M, 15 years of age) on or around April 8, 2005, and is in a marital relationship with the victim.
