A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Suppression;

A. On January 1, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of “a kindergarten” where the victim D (60) located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “Seoul”); (b) the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was faced with the Defendant’s arms on the E Carccom Roster that was stopped by the injured party while driving while under the influence of alcohol; and (c) provided the victim with the intent of paying money from the injured party; and (d) provided the victim with the victim with the intention of paying money.

B. The Defendant, as the victim’s paragraph 1(a), went to the victim, saying, “at a different drinking value.”

As above, the Defendant got 50,000 won in cash from the victim who frightened the victim and was delivered to him at the same place.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. On June 26, 2016, the Defendant, at around 21:38, pursuant to “H restaurant” operated by the injured party G (n, 53 years of age) located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon. The Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, talks or money to customers with meals at the said restaurant.
