2. From May 2016, to July 21, 2016, Defendant B recruited unspecified male customers through “F” and “G” in the “J’s 'J” room located in North Korea-gu I at the port from May 2016 to July 21, 2016, and arranged sexual traffic by receiving KRW 150,000 per customer from unspecified male customers suffering from the name of Russia and allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse with the condition that they pay to sexual traffic women.

On July 19, 2017, Defendant A recruited unspecified gender-purchasing men through around 20:0 Spoon K 405, smartphone f, advertisement order box, etc. On July 19, 2017, Defendant A arranged commercial sex acts from around April 2017 to the above day, including arranging sexual intercourse C to receive KRW 150,000 from male L to sexual intercourse.
