Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the captain of a new fluort fishing vessel C (4.99 tons, diesel 356 miles, FRP vessel, fishery permit: fluort fishing D) with a fluort fluort fishing vessel C.

1. A person who intends to conduct sectional fisheries pursuant to Article 41 (3) of the Fisheries Act in violation of the Fisheries Act by October 24, 2014 shall obtain permission from the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each fishing vessel, fishing gear, or facility, and conduct fisheries only in the permitted sea area;

Nevertheless, at around 12:00 on November 10, 2014, the Defendant, operating in C, with a fishing gear of 50 cm with a length of 50 cm (50 cm in total) more than that prescribed in the Fisheries Act (7 m) in the adjacent waters of the macro-si Posing port, macro-si Posing-si Posing-si Posing-si Posping-si Posping-si Posping-si and Posping-si Posping-si Posping-si Posping-si.

3. No person who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall load or use fishing implements, other than those permitted under Article 41 of the Fisheries Act, the use of which is prohibited;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who did not capture to the extent that he wants, moved to the neighboring waters of Busan on November 11, 2014, carried the fishing gear of Paragraph 2 on the sea (34-51.868N, 128-56.250E) around 11:15, southwest-gu, Busan on November 11, 201, with the aim of operating the fishing gear of Paragraph 2 on the sea (34-51.868N, 128-56.250E).
