Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner or captain of Changwon M&C (3.28 tons, 316 M&M, FRP ships, fishery permission: M&D) of Changwon M&C M&D.

Any person who intends to conduct a coastal fishery business shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do governor, and conduct such fishery business only in permitted sea areas.

Nevertheless, at around 22:05 on July 30, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for the fishery of the Busan City market, engaged in the business using C and coastal complex fishing gear at the sea of approximately 0.1ma (35-02.621N, 128-51.159E) on the sea of approximately 0.1math (35-02.621N, 128-51.159E) for the same instigates G and coastal complex.
