Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On December 26, 2001, the Minister of Construction and Transportation designated the members of the Sungnam-si District District for Housing Site Development Promotion under the Housing Site Development Promotion Act as the Defendant (the Korea National Housing Corporation and the Korea Land Corporation were newly incorporated as the Defendant on October 1, 2009), Gyeonggi-do, and Sungnam-si as the Defendant (the Korea National Housing Corporation and the Korea Land Corporation were newly incorporated as the Defendant on October 1, 2009), and publicly announced the designation of the development plan around December 2, 2003.

As housing is incorporated into the housing site development project zone of this case, the defendant specially sold the site for detached houses to the persons selected as the subjects of relocation measures as part of relocation measures for the residents who lost their living base due to expropriation of the owned house or land, etc. as part of the relocation measures. Accordingly, the plaintiffs succeeded to the rights and obligations under the sales contract from the persons who concluded the sales contract with the defendant or entered into the sales contract as shown below. The defendant paid each amount stated in the "final payment date" column as stated below to the defendant by paying each purchase price in full.
