A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served from around 192 to June 13, 2016 as the head of the fishing village fraternity in Yong-gun, Yong-gun, Nam-gun, Namdong, and was engaged in important affairs, such as the farming of fishing village fraternities, as the representative of the fishing village fraternity, and fund-raising affairs, such as welfare projects for the fishing village fraternity members and purchase of materials related to farming.

1. Around January 2015, the Defendant: (a) made a verbal agreement that the members of the said C fishing village fraternity would waive the fishery right (numberD) owned by the C fishing village fraternity on September 23, 2015; (b) made at a restaurant in which the trade name in the Yong-gun, Young-gun, Young-gun, without knowing the trade name before the end of February 2015, to be known; and (c) made it possible for the said C fishing village fraternity to be cultivated by 51.1 second of the said permit; and (d) made it possible for the C fishing village fraternity E to waive the fishery right of the said permit; and (e) made it possible for the C fishing village fraternity to receive KRW 150,000,000 in return, to receive KRW 150,000 on September 13, 2015.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant, as a captain of a C fishing village, thought that he arbitrarily prepared relevant documents, such as the minutes of the fishing village fraternity, written consent, etc., in order to submit the documents related to the waiver of fishery rights to the said fishing village fraternity owned by the said fishing village fraternity to the Young-gun in relation to the waiver of fishing rights to the seaweeds model owned by the said fishing village

On March 16, 2016, the Defendant did not agree to allow C fishing village fraternity members to attend a meeting or waive seaweeds-type fishery rights [the number G (D) and the effective period from September 23, 2015 to September 22, 2025]. As such, 42 members of the fishing village fraternity attend a meeting and gave consent to the waiver of the fishery right, as if the Defendant voluntarily prepared a written statement of fishery right, such as attaching the seal of the members of the members of the meeting, and submitted the said written statement to the Mine-gun Marine Fishery Department around March 29, 2016, and as a result, from C from the YF on April 30, 2015 to the agricultural village fraternity under the name of C fishing village fraternity development fund.
