1. The Defendant: (a) from February 15, 2015, to Plaintiff A, KRW 20,832,465, KRW 17,077, and each of the above amounts.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to the cause of the claim Gap's evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the defendant company's act of manufacturing, wholesale and retail business, etc. with its head office in Ansan-si, and the plaintiff Gap provided labor to the defendant company from January 1, 2010 to January 31, 2015, but did not receive KRW 20,832,465 in total and retirement allowances, and the plaintiff Eul provided labor to the defendant company from March 18, 2010 to January 31, 2015, each of the above facts that the defendant company did not receive KRW 17,317,077 in total and part of the wages were paid to the defendant company. Thus, the defendant company's act of paying the plaintiff's wages in arrears and retirement allowances to the plaintiff company from 20,832,465, and 2017 to 317,2717,2717 and 2717.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are justified and all of them are accepted. It is so decided as per Disposition.
