A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who actually operates D Co., Ltd., a producer of leather C214 or 215 of the former C214 or 215 of the Gu at Ansan.

"2013 Highest 1685"

1. On July 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entered into a purchase contract with the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and the Air Force on three items, including bamboo diving that will be supplied; and (b) requested the FITI test institute, a national private testing institution, to conduct a sampling test on the outer skin of the bamboo diving that will be supplied to the Air Force.

On October 26, 2012, the Defendant changed the '0.8' part of the test report to 0.9 "m" and 105 "N" part of the seal cutting test report to 116 "0.9" and "105" part of the test report to be changed to 0.9 "0.9" and "116" part of the seal cutting test report from the test report to 116 "a private document related to the certification of fact" issued by the FITI Research Institute.

2. Around December 26, 2012, the Defendant submitted the results of the alteration as above in line with the first supply date at the above D office, to the employee in charge of the Defense Technology and Quality Assurance through the "Agency for Technology and Quality Management Electronic System". On June 18, 2013, the Defendant submitted the results of the alteration in the above manner at the second supply date, and submitted the results of the alteration on September 12, 2013 at the third supply date, and conducted the said alteration at the above D office as if they were the documents duly formed, and submitted them as if they were the documents duly formed.

3. On December 26, 2012, the Defendant interfered with business, even a product that does not satisfy the terms of the supply contract as above, satisfies all the said terms and conditions.
