Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:00 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant, along with C and D, planned to set up a south-type hosting room for the victim B (the age of 41) who was waiting for the Defendant, with the following conditions: (a) around 01:00, the Defendant: (b) set up a cell phone hosting pole “H” in the “G”); and (c) reported the opening of a cell phone hold room for the victim B (the age of 41) who was waiting for the Defendant.

C is waiting in D and F guest rooms, and the defendant, who had finished a sexual relationship with the victim, sent text messages to D, “C, knife, knife,” and waited until the victim, who was aware that it was completed by telephone conversations.

C In order to take the victim out of the guest room back again from D and guest room into the guest room, D puts "Woo to report to the police flaz flaz".

The defendant, C, and D received 150,000 won in cash from the food victim, namely, a 150,000 won, and had the victim transfer 1,50,000 won to the K account (L) in the name of J, which is the seat of D.

As a result, the defendant jointly with C and D received 150,000 won property from the victim, and acquired 150,000 won property profit.

2. On March 18, 2020, around C, D, and 05:00 on March 18, 2020, the Defendant induced the victim M (the age of 44) to I guest rooms in the above place.

C was under contact with the defendant that the waiting in D and F guest rooms was completed, and the victim was sent a door to I guest rooms. However, the sound reported to the police in the guest room was escaped to Furgian F guest rooms.

As a result, the defendant, in collaboration with C and D, tried to take property by harming the victim, but did not bring about such intent, but did not commit an attempted crime.
