Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. A. Around March 28, 2018, the Defendant was a person who taught with the victim B (35 years of age, female) for about four months.

On March 28, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant assaulted the victim with her part of her head, her hand and her head, while drunk with the victim's horse dispute with the victim, and her hand and drinking her part of the victim's her head.

On April 20, 2018, around 21:00 on April 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a assault against the victim in front of his/her superior position in Busan Jin-gu G, Busan; (b) on the part of his/her hand, he/she met with the victim at several times; and (c) committed a assault against the victim on his/her part and the part of his/her right side.

2. The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not infringe on the defendant's right to defense.

No one shall distribute information with a content that arouses fear or apprehensions through an information and communications network by repeatedly reaching other persons in the form of code, language, sound, image, or picture.

그럼에도 피고인은 2018. 4. 5.경 부산 동구 C건물, D호에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 피해자에게 ‘① (피해자의 옷을) 하나하나 찢어 찌어(찍어)보낸준캐, ② 싸년아(쌍년아) 찢는다 개년아. ③ 딴놈 만나서 뒤비자나 씨팔년아 넌 이 시간 부로 얼굴 못들고 다니게해준캐, 니 부모도, ④ 거지같은 년아 그 시팔놈이랑 같이 있나 썅년아’라는 내용의 문자메시지를 전송한 것을 비롯하여 그 무렵부터 2018. 6.경까지 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 약 28회에 걸쳐 피해자에게 자신을 만나주지 않으면 가만두지...
