Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2018, the Defendant: (a) located in Jindo-gun C, Jindo-gun, D Field; (b) located in the network E-owned land (C) and the land (D) leased from the Korea Rural Community Corporation; and (c) located in the said two dry field via Twitter, which was located within the boundary of each dry field, was unable to recognize the boundary of the land by leaving the dry field, which is the boundary of each dry field.
