1. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) shall pay to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) KRW 7,070,400 as well as the full payment from June 2, 2018.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed as the same.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a software development business entity, and the Defendant is a company that mainly engages in wholesale and retail business of clothing.

On January 9, 2017, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract with the Defendant to develop and supply software on the visiting business trip service system, management system, online shopping mall, etc. of the Defendant Company (hereinafter referred to as “instant development business”), and to pay the Defendant the price “The Defendant shall pay the amount of KRW 84 million (excluding value-added tax) and 4% of the annual sales terms pursuant to attached Table 1” (hereinafter referred to as “instant contract”).

The contents of the above (attached Table 1) are as follows:

B. On May 31, 2018, the Plaintiff completed the instant development project.

Accordingly, the defendant supplied the plaintiff on June 1, 2018.
