Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the remaining, the 54 years old) were the chairpersons of the C Rottenice Association and the persons working for the former affairs, and have caused a gap in ordinary opinions.

On May 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the E Stastmnasium located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Namcheon-gu, Namcheon-gu, the Defendant: (b) divided the fact that the damaged person was removed from the E Stamnasium of the Defendant, who was suffering from the said tennis; and (c) calculated the victim’s inside and outside of the cell phone on one occasion with the hand room located in the cell phone; and (d) sold the victim’s inside and outside of the house by launching and drinking.

As a result, the Defendant got off the body of the victim in need of approximately three weeks of treatment.

Along with the victim, the agreement was reached.

No person shall be subject to criminal punishment, except for a fine of two times.

In addition to this, all the circumstances revealed in the trial process, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, background of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, the punishment as ordered shall be determined.
